Ring Type Joint gaskets are precision-machined solid metallic seals used in specially grooved flanges for high-pressure service. Oval and octagonal cross-sections are widely used. Correct material hardness, ring number, flange groove condition and dimensional standard are critical to reliable performance.
Selection note: Final gasket/seal material should be confirmed against media, operating temperature, pressure, flange condition, bolt load and applicable standard.
